Due to COVID-19 the Developer is having delays in the Permitting process at the City of Destin. Anticipation/hope is that the foundation of Phase One to be started by the end of July and the foundation of Phase Two to be completed 4 to 6 weeks later.
On May 22, 2020 the distribution power transformers were installed.
COVID-19 IS DELAYING PROGRESS
On March 13, 2020 the Sales Trailer was delivered.And is open by appointment to view lot locations, floor plans, price list, and to view the finishing touches and are available for hands on.
In the summer of 2019 the complex infrastructure was inspected, needed improvements fixed and modified to the current 86 unit Townhome complex.
In 2017 the current Developer/Owner Legacy Properties purchase the Land and started to re-approve the land to its current 86 Unit Townhome complex.
In the year 2012 the 7.81 Acres of Land was initial approved for a Multifamily development, the infrastructure, water and sewer lines, underground power lines, drainage lines, and the streets and curbing were completed in that time frame.
